This is a registration fee for participation and not included in the booth/Visa/Accommodation/ or any other fees.

Other Expenses- 

• Booth cost 10*10 will be provided $500 (40000 INR) / 3 days. This will include 2 tables and 2 chairs with no decoration.
• DTribals will provide the supporting documents for Visa once registration and fees are completed.
• DTribals will have discounted partnered hotel for accommodation (Vendor will pay the expenses), and the nearby airport is ORD.
• Vendor must need to carry the health insurance.
• Vendor can bring their decoration for the booth.
• Vendors can participate in this Mela from India as well by sending their products to DTribals with the above cost + $300 Volunteer cost (3 days).
• Tourist department from the state Goverment to Showcase the tourism cost is 1,00,000 INR. ( Includes Registration + Booth)
